You matter.
Your story matters.

Welcome to a serious, story-driven roleplay community.

Welcome to New Origin RP, a roleplay server where you matter, and your story matters. This is a serious, story-driven roleplay community built on realism, creativity, and player-driven progression. Every decision, conflict, and alliance within the city carries meaning, consequence, and purpose.

This isn’t a place for random chaos, instant gratification, or mindless violence. It is a world designed for players who want to start from the bottom, build a name, and earn everything through dedication and storytelling.

At New Origin RP, success is earned, not given. Every player — whether they are a gang member, MC, mafia family, crime family, police officer, sheriff, FIB agent, EMS medic, lawyer, business owner, or independent civilian — must prove their worth through realistic roleplay, consistent effort, and thoughtful decision-making.

Violence, rivalries, and conflicts exist, but they are the result of story-driven escalation, not the foundation of your character’s journey.

This city is for dreamers and storytellers — those who want to create empires, build reputations, and craft stories that feel alive and meaningful. Whether you are running criminal operations, enforcing the law, providing emergency services, managing businesses, defending clients in court, or living life as a civilian, every choice you make, every interaction you have, and every legacy you leave contributes to the world around you.

When you log in, you’re not just playing a character — you’re building a legacy.

Welcome to New Origin RP — where story comes first, every role matters, and your journey defines the city.

Section 01 · Community standards

Staff & authority

1.1 Staff reservations

Staff members, including Directors and Administrators, hold the authority to manage and correct behaviors that negatively impact the experience of others. This includes any behavior that disrupts roleplay, causes repeated complaints, or threatens server integrity.

Staff decisions are final unless appealed properly.

Example

If a player repeatedly engages in random violence in the city, a staff member may remove them temporarily or permanently to maintain the quality of RP.

1.2 Corrective actions

Violations such as RDM (Random Death Match), VDM (Vehicle Death Match), metagaming, fail RP, low-quality RP, or NVL/NVF/NVP violations will be addressed according to severity:

  • First offense: Warning and guidance for improvement.
  • Repeat offenses: Extended bans or temporary suspension.
  • Severe or deliberate violations: Permanent bans or removal from Discord.

1.3 Staff respect

All players must respect staff authority at all times. Disrespect includes:

  • Ignoring instructions during active RP or staff calls.
  • Harassment or mocking staff.
  • Impersonation of staff members.

Violations result in immediate action, including permanent bans for impersonation.

Section 02 · Community standards

Accounts, streaming & recording

Account requirements

Steam and Discord accounts must be over 30 days old to join New Origin RP. This prevents alt account abuse and ensures accountability.

Staff interactions

Streaming or recording while interacting with staff requires pausing the recording or ending the stream to respect staff guidance.

Scene interference

Players must not alter, end, or modify a scene themselves.

All issues must be reported via the ticket system or /T report.

Section 03 · Community standards

Roleplay integrity

3.1 Out-of-character (OOC)

OOC chat in-city is prohibited. Discussing your real life, other servers, or personal opinions during active RP breaks immersion.

  • First offense: Warning.
  • Repeated offenses: Temporary or permanent bans.
Example

Telling a player “Hey, I saw that on stream yesterday” while in a heist scene is OOC and punishable.

3.2 Metagaming

Metagaming is using outside knowledge in-character to gain an unfair advantage.

This includes information from Discord, Twitch, TikTok, or any external source.

Example

If you see a police officer on Twitch committing a crime in-character and then use that knowledge to target them in-game, it is metagaming.

3.3 Combat logging

Disconnecting during an active scene (F8 or crash) to avoid consequences is prohibited.

If a crash occurs, you must resume or conclude the scene immediately. Failure to do so is treated as combat logging and can result in a ban.

3.4 Powergaming

Powergaming is forcing outcomes, exploiting mechanics, or taking unfair advantage.

Examples include:

  • Carrying multiple characters simultaneously.
  • Using vehicles to bypass realistic danger.
  • Forcing another player to comply beyond what RP allows.
  • Transferring assets or money between characters without story justification.

Staff action: Violations result in strikes, temporary bans, or permanent bans depending on severity.

3.5 Value of life, freedom, and possessions

NVL · Value life

Fear death and serious harm

Characters must fear death or serious harm. Never act fearless in dangerous situations.

NVF · Value freedom

Protect your freedom

Avoid returning to police scenes or dangerous situations after escaping. Protect your character’s ability to continue RP.

NVP · Value possessions

Protect your assets

Protect assets — vehicles, homes, and gear — but never above life or freedom. Reckless loss may result in strikes on property.

Example

Driving an expensive car into the ocean without RP reason may result in a strike. Three strikes may lead to permanent removal of the asset.

Section 07 · Safety & fair play

Harassment & OOC targeting

Harassment in-game or out-of-character is strictly prohibited. Examples include:

  • Repeatedly killing someone without RP reason.
  • Stalking or following a player unnecessarily.
  • Sending OOC messages to harass or influence players.

Sexual harassment is permanently banned both in and out-of-character.

Excessive toxicity

Excessive toxicity — including mag-dumping, teabagging, and body abuse — is prohibited.

Section 08 · Safety & fair play

Dark roleplay & sensitive content

Consent is mandatory for all dark RP.

Prohibited

  • Necrophilia or sexual acts with deceased characters.
  • Nonconsensual sexual RP.
  • Suicide RP.
  • Removing body parts without consent.

Severe violation

Only one appeal allowed; after review, the decision is final.

10.2 Appeal process

  1. Submit a respectful, concise appeal with evidence through the staff ticket system.
  2. Staff will review and issue a final ruling.
New Origin RP

Every role matters.

New Origin RP is not just a server — it is a living world. Every rule exists to protect immersion, ensure fairness, and maintain realistic roleplay.

Every player — criminal, law enforcement, EMS, lawyer, business owner, or civilian — is expected to follow these rules, respect others, and contribute meaningfully to the city.

In New Origin RP, every choice matters, every role matters, and every story you create defines the city.
